本倫理行動規範は、株式会社ブルージエイのすべての役職員に適用され、各人が内容を十分に理解し、本倫理行動規範に則った行動をとることが求められます。
また、本倫理行動規範は、取引先の皆さまにも遵守をお願いすることにより、堅固で誠実な信頼関係に基づく事業運営を目指しています。

1. 顧客の信頼と満足を得られるサービスを常に提供します。
2. 企業倫理に沿って、すべての適用される法令を遵守し、公正な取引を実践します。
3. すべての人の基本的人権と多様性を尊重し、雇用においても人種・民族・宗教・国籍・ 社会的身分・性別・年齢・障がいの有無などによる差別を排し、個人の尊厳を傷つけることのない、安心・安全、かつ衛生的な職場環境を構築します。
4. 取引先を含め、児童労働 ＊についてはこれを使用することなく、児童労働により生産された商品・原材料についても、これを使用ないし利用することはありません。また一切の強制労働についてはこれを排除します。
5. 健全な事業活動のために、正確かつ適時・適切に情報公開を行います。
6. 個人情報、秘密情報等の重要性を理解し、これを厳重に管理し、漏洩、不正・不当使用を防止します。
7. 自身及びお取引先の知的財産権の重要性を理解し、これを適切に利用し、保全に努めます。
8. 持続可能な社会づくりに貢献するため、より良い環境の創造を目指し、環境に対する負荷の低減に努めます。
9. 地域社会の一員として、その貢献に関わる活動に積極的に取り組みます。
10. 反社会的な勢力・団体とは一切の関係を持ちません。

This corporate ethical code of conduct governs our company, so each of us is expected to understand and respect it. In order to maintain our management based on reliance, we would like customers to comply with this ethical code.

1. We provide the highest service levels possible that satisfy customers’ needs.
2. We conduct business fairly and sincerely in accordance with moral principles.
3. We respect human rights and diversity. We create a diverse and inclusive working environment that is free from any discrimination based on race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status.
4. We protest child labor and forced labor so that we do not use any materials produced by these laborers.
